• October 27, 2026. /the-culture and /faq called Hockey Canada’s settlement with E.M. “the 2018 settlement.” The incident was in 2018; the settlement was in 2022.
• October 27, 2026. /the-case: the receipt credited its figures to the court’s judgment, R. v. McLeod et al., 2025 ONSC 4319. Its sources are Hockey Canada’s FY2022 audited statements (note 13) and CBC (the investigation cost).
• October 27, 2026. /coverage: CNN’s September 12, 2025 item was labeled “All five acquitted, the international view.” It is the Associated Press report of the NHL’s reinstatement dates, and is now labeled “NHL sets reinstatement dates” under The Reinstatement Fight.
